Today we are excited to announce a new partnership with HealthEdge GuidingCare, a leading care management platform trusted by health plans nationwide. This collaboration brings Latitude Health’s AI-native utilization management technology directly into GuidingCare workflows, giving GuidingCare’s customers a faster path to automated, consistent, and compliant determinations.

For Latitude, this partnership represents an important step in expanding access to our end-to-end UM platform. It allows health plans already operating on GuidingCare to activate our capabilities with minimal disruption and immediately benefit from meaningful efficiency gains.

Case data flows securely from GuidingCare into Latitude for processing, and key outputs return back into GuidingCare so teams can work seamlessly across both systems.
